6-Part Female Pelvis Model
The 6-Part Female Pelvis Model is an original cast of a female pelvis, showing ligaments, vessels, nerves, pelvic floor and organs. Life-sized, this highly detailed anatomical model allows you to observe the pelvic floor from above, the side and below. It makes a fantastic aid to a difficult area of study in gross anatomy.
The whole pelvic floor is represented with partially removable parts, to allow for closer study. The female genital organs are shown, also including removable parts which can be disassembled into both halves by midsagital section.
Easily Disassembled for Precise Study
The 6-Part Model has a midsagital section through the fifth lumbar vertebra, sacrum and coccyx. This means both halves of the pelvis can be disassembled, revealing a part of the cauda equina in the vertebral canal. Additionally, the left half of the fifth lumbar vertebral body is removable.
This model enables detailed study of the female genital and pelvic anatomy, ideal for use in classrooms or doctor's offices. It allows both patients and students to visualise this area of human anatomy, aiding medical education.
