Delivery Information

At Lab World we know how important it is to get receive delivery of your goods as quickly as possible in excellent condition.

We use the Royal Mail postal service, as well as DHL and DPD couriers to deliver your items. This ensures that you receive your products as quickly as possible by a trusted delivery provider.

Delivery Costs

If you spend £50 or more (excluding VAT) at Lab World, delivery is FREE to UK mainland addresses. It's only £6.95 (excluding VAT) to UK mainland addresses for orders under £50 (excluding VAT).

This means that if you spend £50 or more with us, your item will be delivered free of charge within the UK (mainland).

Some larger or heavier items will be couriered to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or UK offshore islands. In these cases, we may need to contact you to arrange for a courier supplement charge, but only if your item is one that requires a courier and you live in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands or UK offshore islands.

When Will Your Order Be Dispatched?

We are focused on ensuring that you receive your order as quickly as possible. The majority of orders placed before 14:00 on our website are dispatched the same day by courier or Royal Mail post.
