Act+Fast Rescue Choking Vest

The Act+Fast Rescue Choking Vest is a great tool for teaching the Abdominal Thrust Manoeuvre, also known as the Heimlich. The choking vest enables students to learn the Heimlich without having to use a mannequin. The vest protects the wearer from the force of the thrust, while giving the student a real-world understanding of how the body reacts to the manoeuvre.

Simple Indication

The vest features a foam plug which acts as an indicator that the manoeuvre has been performed successfully. The plug is fired out of the vest, making it easier for students to engage with the exercise and have fun with it. The vest can be used while the wearer is standing or sitting on the ground, and can even be used for choking self-rescue with a counter or chair.
