The Copy of a Rowland Grating is supplied on a collodion foil between two glass plates, in a metal frame. It is for projecting diffraction spectra, measuring wavelengths and observing spectra with spectrum lamps. It can be fitted onto the Object Holder on Stem, the Rotating Object Holder on Stem or the Kroncke Optics Clamp K, enabling them to be used with optical riders and optical benches for a range of demonstrations and experiments related to diffraction.
