The Diaphragms with Gratings are photographic diffraction objects in a slide frame. There are three options - one is a diaphragm with three ruled gratings, the other consists of ruled gratings and the third has two cross gratings.

The Diaphragms can be combined with the Object Holder on Stem, the Rotating Object Holder on Stem or the Kroncke Optics Clamp K, enabling them to be used with optical riders and optical benches for a range of demonstrations and experiments related to diffraction.
