Electric Doorbell

The Electric Doorbell is a bell used to demonstrate the electro-magnetic operation of apparatus. It can also verify that sound waves do not propagate in a fine vacuum (<1hPa). 

The doorbell features an open acrylic housing, for protection, and 4mm safety sockets.

Required Equipment

To use the Electric Doorbell you will also require the following:

• Vacuum chamber
• Vacuum pump
• Transformer with Rectifier
