Hofmann's Voltameter

The Hofmann's Voltameter is used for the electrolysis of water, the determination of the gases formed and for establishing Faraday's laws. The voltameter is constructed using two gas collection tubes connected by plastic hosing. A levelling bulb compensates for pressure to ensure an exact measurement of the gas volumes. Electrodes are mounted securely by the use of GL threads.
