Multiple Casualty Simulation Kit II
The Multiple Casualty Simulation Kit II provides a great way to test higher levels of skill in bandaging and patient care.
Bleeding and Non-Bleeding Wounds
The kit contains complex bleeding wounds, designed to give trainees a sense of reality when dealing with injuries in an emergency. The bleeding wounds are:
- Open amputation
- Compound fracture of humerus
- Compound fracture of tibia
- Sucking wound of chest
- Gunshot wound of palm
Each wound includes a reservoir bag with a pump assembly to provide a realistic sense of bleeding with this injury.
The kit also features non-bleeding wounds – 24 assorted stick-on lacerations and open fracture wounds – to give trainees a good level of training on how to deal with these kinds of injuries.
These injuries are great for repeat practicing of bandaging and splinting techniques - the wounds can be reused.
Make-Up Accessories
The kit also contains a range of make-up accessories, designed to give volunteers a realistic appearance of injured people and give medical emergency training a sense of realism. The kit contains:
- Coagulant makeup blood

- Casualty simulation wax
- Broken Plexiglas - for simulating glass embedded wounds
- Grease paint colours - white, blue, brown and red
