Spectrum Tubes

The Spectrum Tubes are high luminance spectral tubes emitting the line or band spectrum of a gas or mercury vapour. Partly evacuated capillary glass tubes filled with gas or mercury vapour are furnished with electrodes for the application of a voltage, to generate the electrical field that provides the necessary energy.

The Spectrum Tubes require a control unit, in the form of the Spectrum Tube Power Supply, to ensure stable operation.
