Capillary Tubes Apparatus

The Capillary Tubes Apparatus is made up of a horizontal glass tube that can be connected to a water reservoir through capillary tubes of different diameters. The smaller the diameter of the tube, the higher the water will climb above the level of the reservoir, due to the greater hydrostatic pressure. This apparatus provides a simple and clear demonstration of this concept, making it ideal for students.
