Helmholtz Coils

The Helmholtz Coils have large diameters shaped in the Helmholtz configuration. The coils produce a magnetic field and can be used either as a parallel pair or in a series. A hall sensor can be mounted on the top of the coils for clear measurements through the use of a spring clip positioned on the top crossbar. The coils' maximum field is considered to be 750 times weaker than an MRI machine, ensuring they are safe for medical implants such as pacemakers. Straightforward and easy to use, the coils are supplied as a pair.
