Inclination Instrument

The Inclination Instrument is designed to determine - both in horizontal and vertical increments - the direction of the Earth's magnetic field as well as the magnetic field of any current-carrying conductor. A magnetic needle rotates above a transparent circle with an angle scale printed on it. The horizontal axis is mounted on an acrylic base to ensure it does not interfere with the magnetism.
